1. About DiveHub

DiveHub is a social app for divers. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your login details and all activity on your account. Always provide correct information and protect your password.

3. Content you share

You retain the copyright on the dives, photos and reviews you post. By posting content you give DiveHub permission to show it within the app to other users. You guarantee that your content does not violate the rights of others.

4. What is not allowed

• Post misleading, offensive or illegal content.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Abuse the app for spam, scraping or automatic requests.

5. Bookings at dive schools

Booking requests via DiveHub constitute an application to the relevant dive school. The actual dive and payment are between you and the dive school. DiveHub is not a party to that agreement.

6. Safety

Diving involves risks. DiveHub is not a training, certification or safety service. Always follow safety rules and only dive within your certification.

7. Liability

DiveHub is offered "as is". We do our best to make the app work well, but are not liable for damage resulting from its use, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Changes

We may adjust these terms. In case of important changes, we will inform you in advance via the app or email.
